INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) will host a webcast on September 24 to discuss data from EMPA-REG OUTCOME^®, a long-term clinical trial investigating cardiovascular (CV) outcomes for Jardiance^® (empagliflozin) in more than 7,000 adults with type 2 diabetes at high risk for CV events. Detailed study results will be presented on Thursday, September 17 at the 51^stEuropean Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) Annual Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden.
